OVERVIEW
Faaji Productions is seeking a multidisciplinary Designer with strong graphic design skills and experience in motion design and video editing. You will work closely with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver visually compelling assets that reflect the Faaji brand across campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Visual Creation
- Design high-quality visual materials for Faaji Productions’ campaigns, productions, events, and brand communications.
- Create visually compelling graphics for social media, casting announcements, event promotions, campaigns, and digital content.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into static and animated assets.
- Design presentations, pitch decks, production materials, and marketing assets.
- Create graphics for both print and digital media, adapting visuals for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining consistency.
Motion Design & Video Support
- Handle light motion design and video editing tasks, including social media reels, event teasers, recap videos, and branded animations.
- Collaborate with video editors to integrate graphics seamlessly into video content.
Collaboration & Production Support
- Work closely with creative, production, branding, and marketing teams to execute ideas aligned with Faaji’s tone and identity.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative visual ideas.
- Provide design support during pre-production, production, and post-production phases
Brand Management
- Ensure all designs adhere to Faaji Productions’ brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Maintain consistency across all visual materials and platforms.
- Update, refresh, and manage existing design assets as needed.
Project & Asset Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Maintain and update the visual asset library for easy team access.
- Prepare files for various outputs including web, print, video, and social media
- Stay informed on design, motion, cultural trends, and industry best practices relevant to Faaji’s audience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience as a Graphic or Visual Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility across print, digital, and motion formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing (preferred but not core).
- Excellent attention to detail and high creative standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment.
